* Please arrive at the meeting point on time; we depart punctually.
* The itinerary may be adjusted based on the actual weather conditions and road situations of the day.
* Participation in outdoor activities entails risks. FeelmyInScape Ltd is solely responsible for accommodation within the product and vehicle reservations.
* If necessary, kindly purchase relevant outdoor/travel/personal insurance on your own.
* For groups formed from individual participants, FeelmyInScape Ltd will organize group travel arrangements with other guests. For groups of 8 or fewer, a 9-seater commercial vehicle will be used; for 9-15 people, a 17-seater minibus will be provided, and for groups of 16-40, a 49/52-seater coach will be arranged by FeelmyInScape Ltd as appropriate.
* Refunds are not available after successful payment. In the event of a transferring to others, FeelmyInScape Ltd bears no responsibility for any issues during the transfer or the travel process.
* Costs do not cover any additional tickets or self-paid activities outside the itinerary.
* If any part of the itinerary or meals is voluntarily foregone, refunds will not be provided. FeelmyInScape Ltd is not liable for personal injury or property damage caused by breaches, personal negligence, behavior during free time, or personal illness of the traveler.
* In instances beyond the control of the company, such as strikes, transportation delays, natural disasters, or other force majeure factors resulting in additional expenses, FeelmyInScape Ltd is not liable.

* Please carry your student ID; tickets are discounted for students. If on-site checks occur and supplementary tickets are required, it is the individual's responsibility.
* For safety concerns within the ski resort, seek assistance from the resort staff.
* Ski resort operations are subject to weather conditions, and trail conditions may change accordingly.
* Ski resort operations are weather-dependent. If the ski resort temporarily closes on the day of the trip, the itinerary may change to a one-day Highland tour, and refunds for expenses other than transportation will be processed.
