☕️ About Barista Chai: Started drinking coffee around the age of 10, with approximately 4-5 years of experience in the coffee industry. Chai holds a roasting qualification and currently serves as a barista at Beatnik in Edinburgh. Due to a discerning taste preference, Chai drinks an average of 6-8 cups of coffee per day. Favorite coffee origins include Ilgacheff, Ethiopia, and Ecuador. Specializing in pour-over, Chai is currently exploring Grinding Burrs.

What will you learn in this Workshop?

1. Traditional Pour-over Coffee Techniques: Guided by Chai, a Chinese coffee expert in Edinburgh, you will personally experience the "one-cut" and "three-stage" traditional pour-over coffee brewing methods. You can even become a barista yourself!

2. Cupping Challenge: Confront the diverse world of coffee with different beans and origins. From bitter to sweet, from acidic to aromatic, you get to decide the flavor of the coffee. Engage in the cupping challenge and broaden your understanding of coffee flavors.
